We are heading back to the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital!

Glenrose hospital has been our home for Wednesday practices for many years, it's also a place where we have the opportunity to inspire newly injured people with spinal cord injury... to give them an outlet, hope, and see/experience first hand "what it will be like once rehabilitation ends and life begins.

Unfortunately we lost our gym booking for many many years.

We are coming back! First Monday evening between 7 - 9 pm of every month (from Oct to May), we will be back to kick ass and show the newly injured wheelers the exciting life of being in a wheelchair, playing sport, and much more.
